Stroops Speed Agility and Quickness (SAQ)

SAQ – Speed, Agility & Quickness – is needed for fast and efficient movement from point A to B. The capacity to swiftly move from each position and change movement direction and be able to anticipate fast in relation to different internal and external stimuli is crucial for a successful performance of daily activities and for successful sports performances. Train SAQ with e.g. the Leap Frog or the Roll Out Ladder for lateral, forward or diagonal exercises, or use the Dots or Slats to create an endless array of patters for training agility and plyometrics.
